Refund Policy

Because our items are handmade and created in small batches, we kindly ask that you review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • All sales are final, unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Size or fit issues

    • Minor variations in color, texture, or craftsmanship (these are part of handmade charm)

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

  • A replacement

  • A partial or full refund

  • Store credit

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Handmade or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • Once an order has entered processing or production, it can no longer be canceled.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

If a package appears lost, please contact your local carrier first.
