1. Processing Time

All MuuMuuMood items are carefully prepared with love.

  • Processing time:
    Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping.

  • Handmade or small-batch items may require additional preparation time.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer domestic and international shipping.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • United States: 5–12 business days

  • International: 10–25 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Postal service delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Seasonal volume (holidays, promotions)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

  • MuuMuuMood is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.

MuuMuuMood is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost:

  • Please allow sufficient time for delivery, especially during peak seasons

  • Contact your local postal service first using the tracking number

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution.
